Questions & answers
Everything about enquiries, payment, shipping and care of your dolls.
Why can't I see prices on the website?+
Our dolls are hand-made in many sizes and finishes, and many families order complete sets. Instead of a fixed price list we send a personal quotation for exactly what you choose — often with a better combined price for sets.
How do I get a quotation?+
Add the dolls you like to your enquiry list, then send it with your name and email or phone. We reply with a quotation by email. The first time, the email also carries your login so you can see quotations, orders and invoices in your account.
How long does a quotation take?+
Usually within one working day. During the busy weeks before Navaratri it may take a little longer.
How do I pay?+
All payments are offline: UPI, bank transfer, or cash at our shop. There is no online card payment. Payment details are shared with your quotation and invoice.
Do you ship abroad?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order and is included in the quotation.
How are the dolls packed?+
Each doll is wrapped individually with soft padding and packed in strong cartons. Delicate pieces are double-boxed.
What if a doll arrives damaged?+
Please record a video while opening the parcel and tell us within 48 hours through Support in your account. We will repair, replace or refund the damaged piece.
Can I order a custom set or size?+
Yes. Write to us with the theme, deity, size and date you need it by. We will tell you what is possible.
How should I store my dolls after Navaratri?+
Wipe them gently with a dry cloth, wrap each doll in paper or cloth, and store in a dry box away from moisture. Avoid water on painted clay.
