Enquiries and quotations

• Prices are not listed on the site. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or any obligation.
• A quotation is valid until the date shown on it. Prices, availability and delivery times may change after that date.
• An order is confirmed when you accept a quotation and we receive the agreed advance or full payment.

Hand-made products

Every doll is made and painted by hand. Small differences in colour, finish, size and expression from the photographs are natural and are not defects. Photographs are for representation.

Payment

Payments are made offline by UPI, bank transfer or cash. Your invoice and account show every payment we record. Please use only the payment details we share on your quotation or invoice.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Change the one-time password we send at your first sign-in.

Content

Text, designs and photographs on this site belong to us or to their credited authors and may not be reused without permission. Photographs shared under Creative Commons licences are listed on our photo credits page.

Liability

We take great care with every order. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
