Shipping policy

We ship hand-made golu dolls across India and to every country we can reach by post or courier.

Dispatch time

• In-stock dolls: usually packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation.
• Made-to-order pieces: the making time is agreed in your quotation.
• During the weeks before Navaratri we recommend ordering early.

Shipping charges

Shipping depends on the size, weight and destination of your parcel. The exact charge is shown on your quotation before you pay — there are no hidden costs from us. International customers may have to pay customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Tracking

When your order leaves our workshop we email you the courier name, tracking number and tracking link. You can also see them any time under Orders in your account.

Packing

Each doll is wrapped individually with padding and packed in strong cartons. Fragile pieces are double-boxed.

Damage in transit

Please record an unboxing video and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery through Support in your account, with photos. See our cancellation & refund policy for what happens next.

Store pickup

You are welcome to collect your order from our shop in Old Pet, Krishnagiri. Mention this when you accept the quotation.
